Which speakers are supported?

TouchControl+ has been tested on a Bose® SoundTouch 20 with software ver 27.0.6. and should be compatible with speakers in the SoundTouch range that use the same BOSE API set

Why can't my speaker be found?

Ensure you have allowed the App access to your Wi‑Fi network and your iPhone and speaker are on the same network.

Does TouchControl+ work without internet?

Speaker control happens on your local network but an internet connection is needed for internet radio streaming and album artwork.

Do the presets still work on my speaker?

No, the presets are now stored and accessed within the App

How do I store to a preset?

Selecting the Radio station, Album or track name for more than a couple of seconds will bring up the save to preset menu.

Are all radio stations available?

Thousands of Radio stations are provided but not all have compatable streams with the BOSE SoundTouch range of speakers and so cant be played.

Can I save my favourite Radio staions?

Yes by clicking on the star next to each station they will be listed first.

Are multiple speakers supported?

No, only a single speaker can be managed at the moment.

How do I access my stored music?

In order to play ‘Stored Music’ a NAS/Synology drive is required to be on your Local Network.

Is this App available on Android?

No its IOS only at the moment
